How Can I Help?
Advocacy
As your advocate my role can be as involved as you wish it to be. All new client work begins with a document review and introduction meeting/phone call to determine the scope of the assignment. From there, I might participate in 504/IEP meetings, observe current or proposed educational placements, and make referrals to other professionals as needed. I am available to you via phone, email and in person.
Consulting
Sometimes having an advocate behind the scenes as a resource is the best fit for a family. Some examples of consulting services include:
-
IEP Review & Recomendation
-
Program Observation
-
Strategy Development
-
On-Call Resource

IEP Clinics
I firmly believe that we as parents are our child's best advocates I offer quarterly IEP clinics so that parents can ask questions and receive suggestions regarding their child's IEP/504. These are short time slots at a discounted rate and do not allow for an extensive background discussion or comprehensive document review.
Pro-Bono & Sliding Scale Work

I am committed to dedicating a minimum of 10% of my work to pro-bono and sliding scale clients. I enjoy volunteering as an SESP and on a pro-bono basis for families through the Federation For Children with Special Needs.
